Meet Bill Baker, the driving force behind The Baker Realty Group. Bill and his team specialize in residential properties, with a focus on Luxury homes, Income properties and general residential spaces. As the proud host of the award winning radio show The Sun Prairie Real Estate Show, airing every Wednesday at 11am on 103.5fm The Sun, Bill's mission is to educate and inform the public on the ins and outs of buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

Beyond real estate, you might recognize Bill as the voice behind Sun Prairie football, Baseball, Softball, and the Farmers Market. A dedicated Sun Prairie resident, Bill passionately believes it is the best place to live in Wisconsin. He is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the Sun Prairie Lions Club, Knights of Columbus, Pastoral Council for St. Albert The Great Church, Friends of the Sun Prairie Media Center, Christian Giving Fund, member of the Sun Prairie City Housing Committee, and as Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from Kentucky, Bill's volunteer efforts were acknowledged with the prestigious "Kentucky Colonel" awarded by Governor Martha Layne Collins for his services. In 2020, Sun Prairie Mayor Paul Esser honored Bill with the Charles D Ashley award for his unwavering dedication to serving the Sun Prairie Community.

Bill's Commitment to philanthropy is evident through his various volunteer roles and fundraising initiatives. He introduced "The Baker's Dozen Fund Raising Program" in 2013, ensuring that every transaction with The Baker Realty Group contributes 13% of the commission earned to the designated organization. Bill's recognition and respect in the Great Madison real estate market are well-deserved, making him a trusted figure in Sun Prairie. Whether hosting radio shows, serving the community, or excelling in real estate, Bill Baker is a name synonymous with integrity and community spirit. Bill is married to Terri, they have 4 kids and soon to be 4 grandchildren.
